Audio is being stream at 32kbps, this means that even you're connection is on dial up there will be no problem accessing the stream/audio, because dial up connection is at 56kbps. Streaming was also tested and worked on a globe tattoo connection.
Sometimes, the server detects a slow listener - this happens when at the listener's end it takes forever for the initial buffering to end, if this is the case then automatically the streaming server will drop the connection and identify it as a slow listener. There are so many factors that is causing this.
These are the tips or something you can work out in order to have a clean access to Roxas Audio Stream:
1. Check your connection, what is your download speed? Don't rely on speed test sites, results are not that accurate. Use a bandwidth monitoring software. And with this software, you can check if you're getting or paying the right download speed.
2. Stop those large files that you're downloading, this eats up your download speed and it slows down your computer. Remember the stream is just 32kbps.
3. Avoid opening to many web sites on your browser (internet explorer, firefox, google chrome or safari) or tabs. It is recommended to use those 3 media player mention on the "how to page" instead of using your browser to access the audio stream.
4. Check your computer resources like memory and hard drive space or processes that are being run by your computer in the background. Sometimes malware, spyware and viruses like trojans make your computer to slow down.
5. Stop those online games that your playing while trying to access the audio stream, like warcraft.
6. If your on wireless connection try going wired connection.
For now this will do, I will just add more so stick around.
